Sports Domes
An air dome is a pressurized structure, and it can be either used year-round or put up only for a season. They are often used over courts (basketball, tennis, pickleball, padel, etc), turf fields (soccer domes, football, etc), sand (volleyball, recreation), pools, and many other surfaces. Broadwell has installation teams that can set up and take down your sports bubble every year. We have the highest efficiency sports facility lighting options available on the market!
How much does a sports dome cost?
A sportsdome is the least expensive, lowest cost indoor athletic facility available. Costs start at $12/sqft for a dome package. A sports dome cost depends on size, amount of lights and doors, and heating and/or cooling requirements. Other costs of a dome project are architectural and engineering, foundation and site work, and installation costs. Learn more about these costs HERE. If you need 3D renderings of your project (like the example to the right), we can produce these starting at $1,000.
Pickleball Domes
As pickleball continues to explode in growth, the need for pickleball facilities grows. Air domes and single pickleball inflatables are the most cost-effective enclosed structures for pickleball courts. They reduce the noise levels of pickleball, lowering the nuisance risk for neighbors.
Pickleball domes and inflatable costs vary, but start at $25,000 for a single pickleball inflatable and $11/sq.ft. for a pickleball dome. Contact us now to discuss the cost of your project!

Broadwell covers a variety of other sports and recreation environments, including ice hockey rinks, basketball courts, bounce houses and playgrounds, and as a tennis bubble. We have domes used as a golf dome, allowing for a year-round driving range for clubs in cold-weather locations.
