Our tension frame fabric structures are the lowest cost in the industry.

HOW WIDE CAN THEY BE? These clear span fabric buildings are ideal for applications where the width needed is up to around 175 feet. They can be limitless in length. Although tension frame structures can be built wider, they require more expensive reinforced trusses. For this reason, beyond 120' wide and about 10,000 square feet, a Broadwell air dome is usually a more cost-effective option. Broadwell's air domes can be made up to 650' wide.

HOW MUCH DO TENSION FRAME BUILDINGS COST? The cost of fabric tension frame structures start $25 per square foot.

WHAT CAN THEY BE USED FOR? These structures are used for court sports--such as pickleball, padel and tennis--to turf sports and other indoor athletics facilities, warehousing and storage, agriculture, as pool coverings, and many uses where you need closed or partially closed structures. We can provide full lighting packages, heating and cooling units, additional insulation, and a variety of customizations.

DO THEY MEET BUILDING CODES? Yes! Our structural engineers will ensure your structure meets your local wind and snow loads, and seismic activity. Examples of engineering are below. Fabric meets NFPA 701 fire retardancy tests and blocks 99% of UV-A and UV-B solar radiation. These buildings also have tremendous tax advantages, as they have little to no property tax and can be deemed as equipment, because they are a removable structure.
